Target Audience
A target audience in media is a group of people which you target your product at whilst creating and advertising it.
The target audience for James Harris can fall into very broad categories however there are 2 specific categories. These are:
Females ages 25-40, they can see james as someone that is likable and can relate to his music. Due to his music being based around love like many artists in this genre it would allow women to relate to James and the older women could see him as someone they would like to look after, whilst the younger women could aspire to meet a man like him!
Males aged 18-30, They can relate to James as he is of a similar age to them and those who like this genre of music will see James as someone to aspire to be and can emulate his success.

Story Board
Introduction
Sets the scene for the rest of the music video, establishes that the artist isn't happy and is waiting on a text message or communication somehow, seems upset
Verse 1
The artist sings with the track and match lyrics with the visual, on the line 'I've been trying to put it on paper' keep with the downbeat feel of the piece
Chorus 1
Lots of close ups of the artist in different places, some shots of the band as well to promote they are playing their own instruments
Verse 2
Shot of artist on bed looking gloomy, high angle shot to show they are vulnerable/ not in control of the situation
Chorus 2
Similar to verse 2, keeping with the same feel, adding in footage of the band and building up to the bridge
Bridge
Upbeat feel to this section, the artist is a lot happier and there are faster cuts between scenes, following the artist and he prepares to leave the house
Key Change (Saxophone Chorus)
Lots of close up of the saxophonist to show that he is playing the instrument and to match the sound to visual
Final Chorus
Artist walking down the road and then up to a front door and after he rings the door bell a point of view shot from the view of the girl inside
