Magazine Advertisement
For The Magazine advertisement piece of print work I used Adobe Photoshop in order to exploit its features such as outer glow and gradient overlays. Whilst creating the Advertisement i found that in order to make the text stand out i must ensure that it a slight outer glow on it so it could look more important than what was in the background. Here is a screen shot of myself editing the text to make it stand out.
The final advertisement which i decided to publish had a similar colour scheme to my album artwork so that it was aesthetically pleasing when I placed an image of the album artwork into it. Here is the final product.

CD Album Artwork
This is the process of how I created my Digipak and how i then ended up putting it all together into one using Photoshop.
I Started off by making all of the album artwork for all 4 sides and the spine in Photoshop. The First covers which I made were the front and back covers. This picture shows how I was using the filters available to edit the image.

I then finally designed the inside cover and spines so that the Digipak was complete. I wanted to make sure that the inside cover had one image across two sides so it looked realistic as the album artwork which I needed. Here is the final result.
